I had a facial back in March, (not carried out by Dr Bye) which caused irritation and redness to my face a few weeks after the treatment. After seeing my GP, being referred to the Skin Doctors app, seeing my GP again and another dermatologist I was left feeling very down and not knowing what to do about my very red face some 4 months later. I had already looked up Dr Bye and one of my friends just happened to mention her, so I booked an appointment and when I met Dr Bye it was the first time in months I felt listened to and that I wasn’t being totally vain and wasting peoples time. At this point my face was looking like an extra from Star Trek! It turned out my face was infected and I had to take 3 months of antibiotics. Dr Bye really listened and was compassionate, took pictures of my face to track progress, offered to do a follow up call while I was away with work to see how the antibiotics were working. I went back to see Dr Bye a few weeks ago as while I know my face is improving, it’s hard to see it yourself, and I wanted to hear her thoughts, especially as I was about to go on vacation as I was aware the antibiotics can make your skin super sun senstive. She has been very honest that it could be a slow process to have my skin totally clear of any redness or pigmentation, the skin looks like it is naturally scarring now. I will be going back to Dr Bye for advice on a treatment/skincare plan to get my skin back to looking clearer and hopefully less ‘meh’. Would very much recommend Dr Bye for a honest and thoughtful approach to any skincare issues you would like help with.

I had a fantastic experience with Louise. She listened carefully to my concerns about my skin, what I was looking for and what would work for me, and she made some careful recommendations that would fit in with my lifestyle (as a mum of young children). The AlumierMD products are of excellent quality, and Louise is kind, a good listener and very knowledgeable. As a qualified doctor, I would feel much more confident having any procedures from her than other aesthetics practitioners.

I had my first treatment today with Dr Bye. I cannot praise her enough. I have been having ‘tweakments’ for twenty years, some not so great and some good, but nothing as good as Dr Bye. Her professionalism and knowledge and expertise are second to none, she explained everything thoroughly, gave a painless procedure and listened exactly to what I asked for - a completely natural subtle look using the very latest products. Great place for treatment too!
